In our ongoing effort to offer you, our customer, the best in
banking technology, First National Bank of Anderson is in the
process of making many changes to our banking services during
these next several days. These are some of the changes that may
affect you:
* We will be closed on Saturday,
August 25 to prepare for this system upgrade.
* On Thursday, August 23 a new ATM will be
installed in Anderson. On Friday, August 24 a new ATM will be
installed in Navasota. The downtime should be minimal at each
location and the new ATMs should be fully operational by the end
of each day.
* For those customers with debit cards or ATM
cards: Your new FNB Anderson MasterCard has been mailed to you,
along with your new PIN (personal identification number), in the
last week. There have been multiple issues with the activation
process; therefore all cards will be mass activated at 2
am on Monday, August 27. All cards have been issued new PINs
and you will be able to change this PIN, at our ATM’s, on the 27th
and also in the New Accounts Department at each branch.
Also, please destroy your FNB Anderson Visa at this time because
they will be mass de-activated at the same time and
date.
* For the months of
August and September most customers will have three deposit
account statements rather than the one normal statement for each
month. All deposit accounts will be cycled on August 23
and also on their regular statement cycle date in August.
Please be patient with our employees during these
transition weeks. There will be many changes taking place and
this will be a learning experience for all of us.
When this
process is complete we hope to be able to offer you the best in
banking services with the best solutions possible and to make
your banking experience with First National Bank of Anderson the
best that it can be.
FIRST NATIONAL
BANK OF ANDERSON
Respectfully,
Richard H. Hereford
